For a secure delivery of your cases to the laboratory, follow these steps:

1. Remove all previous markings and stickers from recycled or reused boxes before shipping. This ensures timely and flawless arrival at the lab.

2. Disinfect all case materials and wrap each model individually with bubble wrap or foam padding to prevent damage during shipment, particularly important for delicate wax-ups.

3. Use additional bubble wrap to fill any empty space in the package, minimizing movement and reducing the risk of breakage during transit.

4. When shipping an articulator and face-bow:
   a) Wrap the models individually after removing them from the articulator.
   b) If the models remain on the articulator, separate it and wrap each piece individually. Also, wrap the face-bow and other enclosures separately.

5. For shipping alginate, place the prescription (Rx) in a separate sealed plastic bag to prevent damage. Staple it to the corresponding case bag.

6. For loose crowns, bridges, implant parts, or shade tabs, use a separate small container or sealed plastic bag to prevent loss or breakage. Staple them to the Rx and include the patient's name.

7. Place any accompanying photos or slides in a plastic bag for protection.

8. To avoid case mix-ups, bag each case separately if shipping multiple cases in one box.
