Texas Crownsources - Service Warranty

Texas Crownsources proudly stands behind the quality of our products, ensuring your satisfaction with our comprehensive Service Warranty. This warranty covers your device against any defects in workmanship and materials during its use. If you encounter unsatisfactory material performance within the service warranty period, rest assured that the repair or replacement of the device, excluding clinical costs, is fully covered. Importantly, in such instances, the remainder of the warranty period from the original date of manufacture remains intact.

For fixed restorations, including but not limited to alloy, porcelain, resin, or zirconia, a warranty of 5 years from the date of manufacture is provided.

For removable restorations such as dentures, flexible and alloy partial dentures, a service warranty of 5 years  from the date of manufacture is extended for a one-time reline, repair, or replacement per device. Upon such service, the warranty is retired. However, in the case of a one-time replacement, the remaining original warranty period from the date of manufacture remains valid. Please note that immediate partial and immediate full dentures are not covered under this warranty.
